Ability8 gives you exclusive access to your data. All your information is securely stored in one central location. And no one can access your information unless you set up permissions by inviting new users.
We store data for five years, which meets the legal requirements of storing data in Australia. We also introduced two-factor authentication for extra data security.
We chose our app platform after undertaking significant research. We use the same secure platform the current NDIS app uses. We’re also a Digital Service Provider with the Australian Tax Office. Which means we meet the operational security framework as set out by the ATO.
We also take all reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of your data. We’ll never knowingly share your information with any third parties other than our service providers.

When you use Ability8, you don’t need to keep or file your own copies of invoices or any other documentation. Our app provides everything you need to create a comprehensive care profile for you or your loved one.

We are a completely independent, family-run company, based in Brisbane, Queensland.
As parents of a child with severe disabilities, we knew there had to be a better way to manage disability care. We designed our app after talking to people with a disability and their families and carers. We wanted to understand their needs and wants when it comes to NDIS plan management.
We're not aligned with any service providers. Our priority is promoting and supporting positive outcomes for people with a disability.
